Johnny Flynn and the Sussex Wit – Leftovers
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface. 1/8 to 1/4″ should do it. Slice a diamond pattern into them with a knife or pizza cutter. Sprinkle some course salt and some more pepper on the top. Transfer to a baking tray (lightly buttered!) and cook at 350 for about 15 minutes, or until they start to turn brown and crispy. They’ll crisp up more as they cool.


I’ve just seen Johnny Flynn on stage in the West End in the returning production of “Jerusalem” – very good he was too (although not as good as Mark Rylance, who was AMAZING!).
